- Report to work as scheduled, on time, and prepared.
- Take orders on the POS, handle cash and digital transactions.
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes with accuracy, efficiency, and quality while adhering to all food and health safety guidelines.
- Keep all areas of the store clean at all times of business operation.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay informed about menu items to best assist customers.
- Be flexible and open to performing tasks, both expected and unexpected, that arise during each shift.

- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations; obtain and maintain Food Handler Certification as required by the state.
- Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the business under the guidance of the Director of Operations.
- Exemplify and enforce adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
- Train staff to follow café protocol and provide ongoing support and development for all team members while nurturing a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and anticipate store needs daily.
- Uphold excellent guest service and resolve inquiries and/or complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Actively engage with the local community to enhance Sulbing’s presence.
